| CLASS FEES Month to Month: $65.00 USD must be paid on time, (begin and end your training with no questions asked. No discounts or special rates provided for this option. Semi Annual: $60.00 USD (6 month contract) payable on a monthly basis, must be paid on time. Contract includes 15% off all belt testing up to red belt, 10% off dojo purchases, and 1 free *introductory* month subtracted from your membership. Annual: $55.00 USD (12 month contract) payable on a monthly basis, must be paid on time. Contract includes 20% off all belt testing up to green belt. 15% off dojo purchases, 1 free *introductory* month subtracted from your membership. (1) free uniform (white only) ****Legal Disclaimer*** All forms of membership will be subject to review for non payment, Any form of membership can be terminated at any time for any reason. Semi Annual and Annual contracts will be subjected to early termination fees if contract fulfillment is not met as agreed, regardless of how the contract is terminated. 14 consecutive days of non payment after fees are due, or 45 days of consecutive non participation will warrant a breech of contract. Class fees are due every month for all membership tiers on the 2nd Saturday of the month. If a holiday falls on that particular Saturday, or" any other reason" that would with hold payments to be made. Payments will be due the Saturday prior to the third Saturday of the month, unless otherwise deemed by Varian L. Beverly. Class fees are non negotiable. Nonpayment of contract fees can be prosecuted in Virginia courts. |

Varian L. Beverly (Shihan)
Shihan Varian L. Beverly is the founder and Head
instructor of the Supreme Martial Arts Academy. Shihan
Beverlys hombo dojo is located in Tappahannock, Virginia
with satellite locations in Hartfield, Virginia. Shihan
Beverly Holds a 6th degree black belt in American Open
Style Karate and Karashutsu Ryu Karate. Promoted by
Hanshi Dan Wilson formally of the American Open Style
Karate System and sanctioned under the Council of
American Martial Arts as well as the International Combat
Martial Arts Union Association and American Karate
Association.
Varian L. Beverly (Shihan)
Shihan Varian L. Beverly is the founder and Head
instructor of the Supreme Martial Arts Academy. Shihan

Mike Smallwood (Sensei)
Sensei Mike Smallwood is the Head instructor for
Supreme Martial Arts Academy 2 in our Hartfield,
Virginia location. Sensei Smallwood is a 3rd Dan Black
belt holder in American Open Style Karate and
Karashutsu Ryu. Sensei Smallwood is also an associate
member of the Council of American Martial Arts.
Sensei Mike Smallwood is the Head instructor for
Supreme Martial Arts Academy 2 in our Hartfield,
Virginia location. Sensei Smallwood is a 3rd Dan Black
belt holder in American Open Style Karate and
Karashutsu Ryu. Sensei Smallwood is also an associate
member of the Council of American Martial Arts.
Nicole T. Layne (Senpai/mentor)
Senpai Nicole Layne has trained for several months at S.M.A.A. Nicole
has shown diligence and undying spirit in training and representation of
the Bushido way. Her level of performance, training and hard work has
earned her this prestigious title. Nicole currently trains in traditional
Karashutsu Ryu and Karashutsu mixed martial arts. Senpai Layne
serves as a liaison to students progressing through the ranks of the
school.

Michael D. Holmes (Instructor)
Mike Holmes has been a student of the Supreme Martial
Arts Academy for over 3 years, His loyalty and dedication has lead
him to the position of top ranking student and the title of Instructor.
Instructor Holmes is a 1st Degree Black Belt in Karshutsu Ryu and
currently training in Karashutsu MMA.

Jason K. Miller (Instructors Assistant) Mixed Martial Arts
Jason Miller has been a student of the Supreme Martial Arts Academy
for 2 1/2 years, Jason has specialized in the proficeny of Karashutsu Ryu
MMA. Jason has well rounded training in police and emergency self
defense and ground fighting techniques. Jason's proficient level of
experience and display of bushido, entitles him as our resident
Instructor's Assistant in the Karashutsu MMA Division.
